Prior to my current role, I had been worked as a PHP MySql developer for four years, and last year I was the team leader. I am now focused on developing my skills in Javascript & MERN stack.
I love to collect books and exploring new things through internet surfing. I also write blogs on Medium.

Question 2: Tell us About your best project or Did you ever stuck in any project?

There are a few reasons why interviewers ask this question. They want to see how well you can manage a project or a situation, what your approach to dealing with challenges, and how your skills would help you to successfully lead a project.

Sample Answer: I am going to tell you about my last project. It was a grocery E-commerce website & developed by MERN stack. At the beginning of my project clients instructed me to design a modern landing page as simple as I can & it should be in Bangla. Then I have sketched a lot for the landing page.
The client also asked me to add a voucher print option for the thermal printer and I also added that feature in the admin panel.

I have previously familiar with that feature in PHP but I have done it for the first time in the MERN project.
So, it was a different experience for me. & I have successfully done that project in time.

Question 3: Why should we hire you?

It can be challenging to explain why you’re the best person for a job in a humble, thoughtful way.

You have to answer it in the best possible way because they want to know what differentiates you from other candidates they might be interviewing. In other words, what would they gain by hiring you specifically over other interviewees?

They might also ask this question to see how you handle difficult situations because this question has the potential to stump candidates.

There is no specific answer for all job positions. It can differ from company to company. So focused on 5 things

  1. Study the job posting.
  2. Research the company.
